I love making new connections, and I am often amazed at what a small world it really is. In this week's episode, I had an opportunity to speak with Jennifer Gefsky who was recently introduced by a mutual connection.
Jennifer Gefsky is a law partner at Epstein Becker Green and is the co-founder & CEO of Après, a digital recruiting platform that connects women looking to return to or transition within the workforce. She is also the author of Your Turn: Careers, Kids, and Comebacks--A Working Mother's Guide.
In this episode, Jennifer talks about her own return to the workforce after leaving to stay at home with her children. Coincidentally, we were both living in the same city, and had our first children at the same hospital in the same year more than 16 years ago while never crossing paths until just now.
