Designing Leadership with Sarah Joyce
Sarah Joyce is not only leaning-in, she's leading the Boston Chapter of Lean-in. In addition to serving as the Chief Client Officer at Healthcare Source, she is an active volunteer in her community, an engaged mom, and she was also a Board member at the Women's Fund of Rhode Island.
In our conversation, she shared her experiences as a person focused on excelling who had been raised to believe anything was possible. Now in lockdown, she spoke from her new office---the kitchen island--- about being the only woman at the proverbial (and sometimes literal) table, and rethinking what leadership looks like, both as a boss and a parent.
