Exploring Wonder & Rigor with Natalie Nixon, PhD

This week I was fortunate to connect with Natalie Nixon, Ph.D., a global speaker, consultant, and author of the new book: "The Creativity Leap: Unleash Curiosity, Improvisation, and Intuition at Work".

She converted a 16-year career as a professor into a successful consulting practice, Figure 8 Thinking,  She is also a speaker, and a regular contributor to Inc. magazine on creativity, design thinking and the future of work. In our conversation, she shared her experiences as a corporate executive, professor, author, and step-mom.

Amidst the global pandemic, Natalie shared what we can learn from taking a pause.

How taking a step back and looking around can help us see creativity as a problem solver. How we can find power in our own stories. And how, if we pause long enough, we can find optimism in the future.
