Author & Keynote Speaker, Nataly Kogan on Cultivating Happiness
I met Nataly Kogan a few years ago when we were on a "Women in Tech" panel together in Boston. I recall sitting next to her, and just being blown away as she shared her experience as a 13 year old refugee who learned to speak English after arriving in the United States and her journey to becoming a McKinsey consultant, a venture investor and now the founder of Happier, and the author of Happier Now, How to Stop Chasing Perfection and Embrace Everyday Moments (Even the Difficult Ones). She's one of those people who just lights up a room, as she not only shares her own experiences, but is obviously genuinely interested in those around her.
So I couldn't be more thrilled to have Nataly join me as the first guest for Season 2 of The 43 Percent. In this episode, she shares more about her personal and professional journey, her experience as a mom to a teenage daughter, and what it really means to cultivate happiness.
