How an Expert in Time Management Manages her own Family and Career
In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Laura Vanderkam.
Laura is the author of several time management and productivity books, including Juliet’s School of Possibilities, Off the Clock, I Know How She Does It, What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast, and 168 Hours. Her work has appeared in publications including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Fortune. She is also the host of the podcast Before Breakfast and the co-host, with Sarah Hart-Unger, of the podcast Best of Both Worlds.
As a mother of four young children, she also applies her own time management expertise to her own day. In our conversation, you'll learn more about Laura's career path to published author and podcaster, her daily routines, and advice for younger women.
