In this week's episode I had a chance to speak with Erica Hogue. Erica is in the middle of one of life's busiest phases, with young children, and a career in advertising technology sales. Currently an account director with Viral Gains, Erica is also the co-founder of MOR, a purpose-driven consulting firm that offers subject matter expertise and best in class inclusion practices for working moms. As an early hire at Twitter she also helped form the Twitter Parents employee resource group. In our conversation, she shared more about her current experiences, her path to now, and why she is so driven to develop inclusion best practices.
